Our Team
Hi, I’m Sophie founder and Principal Consultant at Curiosity People Consultants. With over a decade of experience in People and Culture, I’ve had the privilege of supporting leaders and teams to grow, adapt, and thrive. At CPC, I believe in working alongside you to understand your unique needs and create practical, people-first solutions that make a real difference.
Outside of work, I’m a proud mum to two incredible girls, who inspire me every day to lead with curiosity, courage, and kindness.
